We have check on your account and confirm your request of report has been receive and generate by our server.
If you still did not receive the report, you might need to make sure the followings:
1. disable all anti virus
2. confirm your computer time zone is set to auto
3. make sure your windows is updated to latest version
4. restart your pc and start the s-drive again (make sure antivirus is disable) if the above 3 item is done.
if you have make sure the above 4 steps is taken and the report still did not return within 15 minutes, you may click on the
system check icon at the s-drive, and click run a complete system check. screenshot and forward the result to us, or you may also insert
my personal email geejiun.ku@cell-wellbeing.com when the system check complete pop up appear.
